This website is operated by Hangzhou Sumate Trading Co., Ltd. under the SUMATE brand.

Suzhou Jiuneng Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. is our parent and affiliated manufacturing company and may assist with product matching, technical review, manufacturing, and customer support.

3. Website Purpose

The website presents information about SUMATE, our automotive parts, product applications, downloadable catalogs, manufacturing capabilities, and support services. It also allows prospective business customers to contact our team and request product matching or a quotation.

The website is not an online store. Orders and payments are not completed through the website. A website enquiry, form submission, email, online chat, or WhatsApp message does not by itself create a contract, confirm availability, reserve stock, or require either party to complete a transaction.

We take reasonable care when preparing product descriptions, OE references, specifications, images, catalogs, and application information. 5. Product Matching and Fitment

To help identify the correct part, please provide an accurate OE part number, vehicle details, engine model, required quantity, and any other relevant application information.

Our team may assist with product matching based on the information supplied. You remain responsible for reviewing the confirmed product information and ensuring that the selected part is suitable for the intended vehicle, engine, market, and use before placing an order or installing the product.

Do not rely only on a product image, category name, or partial vehicle description when selecting a part.

6. Enquiries, Quotations, and Order Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a product is available or that we will provide a quotation. Any initial discussion of price, stock, production time, sample availability, packaging, or shipping is subject to verification.

An order is not confirmed unless an authorized SUMATE salesperson confirms it in writing. The applicable proforma invoice records the confirmed products, quantities, prices, payment arrangements, delivery terms, and other transaction-specific details.

You are responsible for checking the proforma invoice and notifying us promptly of any error before confirming the order. If these Website Terms conflict with a proforma invoice or another written agreement signed or accepted by both parties, the transaction-specific document will control for that transaction.

7. Prices, Payment, Shipping, and Other Commercial Terms

Prices displayed or discussed before written confirmation may change due to product specifications, quantity, packaging, materials, exchange rates, shipping arrangements, or other order requirements.

Payment method, payment schedule, currency, trade terms, shipping method, destination, freight, insurance, taxes, duties, and other charges will be stated or agreed for each transaction. The applicable proforma invoice and written communications from an authorized salesperson provide the controlling commercial terms.

8. Availability and Lead Times

Stock status and dispatch estimates shown on the website or provided during an initial enquiry are not guarantees. In-stock orders can usually be dispatched within 3–4 days. Orders containing out-of-stock products generally require at least 7 days before dispatch. Actual timing also depends on total order size, quantity, specifications, packaging, and production requirements.

Shipping transit time is additional. The estimated schedule for an order will be confirmed during the quotation and order process and may be affected by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Product Warranty and After-Sales Support

Unless different terms are expressly stated in the applicable proforma invoice or written agreement, SUMATE’s standard warranty coverage is:

• Individual automotive belts: 1 year or 60,000 km, whichever comes first.
• Belt and tensioner kits: 2 years.
• Belt tensioners, water pumps, and idler pulleys: 1 year.

Products should be registered at support.sumaterus.com within 30 days of receipt. If registered within this period, the warranty begins on the installation date recorded during registration. Otherwise, it begins on the date the product was received.

If a quality defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, SUMATE will provide a free replacement. A claim must include sufficient order, product, installation, and problem information for review. Additional terms stated in the applicable proforma invoice or written warranty documentation may apply.

10. Information and Materials You Submit

You agree that information submitted through the website, email, online chat, WhatsApp, or other communication channels will be accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Do not submit confidential information, personal information about another person, copyrighted material, trademarks, drawings, or other materials unless you have the right and authority to do so. You grant us permission to use the submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, check products, prepare a quotation, and support a requested business transaction.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not:
